Position:
The Contracts Administrator/Paralegal position (located in Seattle, WA) will work as a member of the Legal Department, reporting to the Associate General Counsel, and serve as a liaison between the Legal team and various departments at Chinook in the review, prioritization, and oversight of the contracting process to ensure prompt completion of the contract cycle. The Contracts Administrator/Paralegal must efficiently manage a large volume and variety of contracts, coordinating numerous agreements simultaneously while identifying issues for Legal support, where appropriate. This position has high visibility across the organization and requires pro-active, positive, and professional approach.
