Chinook Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing precision medicines for patients with kidney diseases. The IT Helpdesk Lead's main objective is to provide IT service excellence that enables all staff to get the most value out of their information technology while preserving and enhancing the IT standards and practices of the organization. The Helpdesk Supervisor is responsible for leading the IT support function for staff across all Chinook offices, with the primary responsibility in supporting the Vancouver office. The successful candidate will partner with managed IT support providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of IT services. This role will also provide support for the installation, maintenance and support of servers, network equipment, lab machines, copiers/scanner and other office equipment located in the Vancouver office. This position is based in our Vancouver, BC, office.
